Kept me well informed on every detail of the transaction (tracking number, delivery to post office... everything). Very, very pleased with this experience. The actual fans themselves are fantastic too; exactly as they were described by the seller. Was even kind enough to include a couple of 3-pin to 4-pin adapters to help me out with cable management issues I encountered with my build. Very nice! Definitely recommend this seller and would deal with again in a heartbeat.
