    Bought an ergotron Monitor mount and never received it. Tried contacting him several times and no response.Out of the No where, He randomly contacts me several months later claiming it was a misunderstanding and said he would ship the ergotron and compensate me with an amazon GC. It's been over a year since the original purchase date and still nothing.
