    Even if UPS did play soccer with my box, this is one of those highlight transactions with a very good trader. The guy was very understanding and kept calm through a very annoying process with UPS and the UPS Store. He was willing to work out a deal and was also willing to help me do my insurance claim. His pictures during the unpackaging process are the ONLY reason why UPS is giving me my money back. Very much appreciated. Will be happy to do business with again!
