  I hate to sound too redundant, but I shared the same experience as basically everyone else that has dealt with Mr. Grunt. He was just a pure pleasure to deal with. He was quick responding to PM's. He paid money exactly when he said he would. I trusted him due to his positive heat evaluations and he was completely worth trusting. I would definitely do business with again. A+ buyer and very trustworthy person!
