  Transaction was horrible. Payment was sent on July 22nd, 2012 and the last time I heard from the seller was on that day, promising that they would send them out in a couple of days. No status updates, tracking information, or anything from that point on. After repeated attempts to contact via e-mail to both Heatware and Paypal addresses, as well as PM's on the forums, I fianlly gave up. After two weeks, I filed a dispute with Paypal. I waited several more days before escalating it to a claim. I *NEVER* recevied the product, and *NEVER* heard from the seller again. My funds were finally returned back to me from Paypal 28 days after payment was sent.
