  I bought 2 case fans from him.

  Keen was the Seller on January 24, 2002 AnandTech

  I payed, he shipped. Good communication. The fans were nicely packaged. Initially, he forgot to send the fan screws, but he sent some separately. The USPS managed to rip off a corner of the envelope, and the screws fell out. I told Kevin this, and he offered to send some more screws to replace the lost ones. This time the screws were heavily protected by 2 envelopes (one was padded), foam wrapped around the screws, and packing tape around the foam. An excellent job from an excellent trader. He made good on his word, and I'd be happy to trade with him again in the future.
