    Communications and shipping were amazingly fast. Items were packaged well. Had an issue with one of the sticks of ram and jl514 responded promptly to a request for assistance. We were able to quickly resolve the issue fairly and I am impressed with the quality of the transaction. An excellent trader that I look forward to doing business with again.
