Sold him a Dell Studio laptop in as-is condition with stated flaws and problems on FS thread.
A15G was the Buyer on August 31, 2012 AnandTech
Killster1 read and understood all of the issues and still complained about them when he received the laptop. He has very poor english and is very rude. Compared me to his 6 year old a lot and kept telling me "good luck in life hahaha". killster1 is very childish and I would stay away from him at all costs when selling items that are as-is. He left a negative feedback that makes no sense. He complained about my packaging, but yet the laptop made it to him just fine. I can't believe how easy it is for someone to leave another person a negative feedback without the other person being at fault.
Do you see sellers post " If you are picky, then it's not for you. " Well, killster1 here is one picky guy. Read and understood the flaws, yet act like he never knew about them when he received the laptop, simply just ridiculous.
He also stated he'd keep the laptop with the flaws during his first response, but after a day or two he said "he got annoyed of it, didn't like it" so he wanted to return it. Pretty much a "Bought it, didn't like it" type of deal, and I simply said no.
Avoid trading with killster1, or you could end up receiving a negative feedback due to his lack of common sense. I can't believe he'd ruin his reputation for not being able to read and understand the terms of my fs/ft thread.
Response from killster1He is just retaliating from my neg of course. He sold a laptop and said no issues. It arrived and made huge sound spike pop even with the volume turned off.
Seller listed laptop as is. But seller didn't use any packing on 3 of the sides and a crushed piece of cardboard on one side. The laptop arrived with only a few broken pieces off the side. The biggest problem with it is a audio POP that occurs every few mins during use (even with volume off). I informed seller of this and he didn't care instead he threaten to report me to mods because i said my son could have packed it better. Very dissatisfied. I'm not sure the rules on listing things as is and then purposely damaging them in shipment. With a little future care and communication skills this trader would be decent. I may not have best English but it doesn't change the facts. FACT, No real packing was used on 200$ laptop. Fact, no return offered and instead threaten to report me? FACT, i will not be purchasing anything else from him in future.
He is straight liar. He never listed that it makes popping sounds. He never listed there was broken peices in back and that he would be shipping it with no packing. I asked for refund first time i tested it for more than a few minutes. I actually speak better english than him but he focus's on english because he is in the DEAD WRONG. He is irrational and thinks if you sell a item as - is then u can send broken item or not use packing. Is using no packing a common sense issue because then he has 0 common sense. who would be happy with broken laptop that makes popping sounds with volume turned offSeptember 12, 2012
