  The absolute best to deal with!!
  Asked about CPU he might have and agreed on price, paid and posted with tracking. Waited a 3 weeks and no package and no tracking after first sorting. We were discussing how to try finding it. He refunded my money and filed lost forms. I didn't even ask for my money back! Told me if it did eventually show up to let him know. Total honesty!!
