    Bought a used ZR30w monitor from him

    First he was late shipping the monitor and then when I received it it came covered in coffee stains which wouldn't be so bad but when I cleaned them off there were some circle engraved cuts into the monitor screen when I contacted him letting him know that I was not pleased and that I wanted to return the monitor he basically said tough luck used monitors are expected to have wear and tear. Before buying the monitor I specifically asked if there were scratches or dead pixels to which he said no.     I sold the monitor in working condition which when turned on... as all monitors are suppose too... according to the buyer these "circles" only appear when the monitor is off hence its a cosmetic condition, i did not notice this when i sold the monitor because i left my monitor on or in sleep state and i never noticed these circles.

    Since the monitor works fine as it is intended i refuse to refund the buyer
