  TheToE was a great seller to deal with. He shipped quickly (the day that payment cleared) and I received more than I had bargained for. When I had issues with the CPU I purchased from him, he helped me negotiate a RMA with Intel, and I got a BNIB chip back in return. Maintained great communication; would gladly deal with again.
