    Eugene told me that he lives in La Crescenta like me so we decided to do a local sale. He was going somewhere and dropped by. Very friendly guy. To top it all off, the price was so low that he practically gave it away.

    I have no regrets about this transaction and wouldn't hesitate to deal with Alai again in the future. Thanks! :-)
