He can't even speak an ounce of truth.
You can look at this review to see what actually happened. There was no eBay error. The seller listed an item on overclock.net and eBay at the same time which is against overclock.net's rules. Then the seller claims to have cancelled the auction because he sold the item to someone on overclock.net but the auction wasn't actually ever closed out. Also closing an auction on eBay according to eBay is only allowed under certain circumstances for example the item broke because you listed it in multiple sites.
The seller received payment for the item on Nov 15th I received a full refund late Nov 29th. I fully explained that because he had broken both sites rules and waisted a substantial amount of my time that I was going to give him neutral feedback on eBay when he really deserved negative feedback as he made it clear he felt he was well within his right to play these games on eBay and as I found this is not the first time he has double listed an item and it is by no mistake that he lists his items on overclock.net and eBay at the same time.
Anyways he then replied saying that SINCE I gave him neutral feedback he was going to give me neutral feedback. That is not how it works. I paid promptly as I was CONTRACTUALLY COMMITTED to do say and failure to do so would result in a non-pay strike against me. Even though he was also COMMITTED to this sale he had obviously never even cared about what happens when you get people interested in an auction and then just yank it.
FINALY The reason I gave him a negative review on this site is VERY obvious if you read everything I submitted. He broke the rules on 2 sites wasted 2-3 weeks of my time that I would have spent getting the item I NEEDED and had a computer apart waiting for.
If he had followed the rules AND more importantly than following them he had just been an honest person with integrity this would not have happened. To exploit eBays system by ending auctions early for any reasons other than eBay lists is wrong and immoral. To blatantly disregard overclock.net's rules is also wrong I explained to him why before he threatened me with the non positive feedback. They put the rules up for a very good reason whether he understands them or not.November 30, 2012
