  Good communicator, fast shipping and very well packed. I only paid for parcel post mail and he sent the board priority for me out his own pocket. Unfortunately the north bridge heatsink retainers had broken during shipping and the heatsink had damaged the board. No questions asked Charles refunded me the purchase amount plus a little for my trouble. A real Stand up guy and overall pleasant transaction considering the circumstances.
