  Bought a 16MB SO-DIMM from Patrick.

  Item arrived quickly and was packed VERY well! There was a compatibility problem with my ThinkPad and the SO-DIMM. Patrick suggested I send it back for a refund. I shipped it out and received the refund promptly via PayPal. I look forward to dealing with Patrick again. Awesome trader!!
