Review for user afmotamedi from nanoscale

  • I bought Intel i7 950 and Asus Rampage III Extreme.

nanoscale was the Seller on October 31, 2012 HardForum

Seller sold me a defective motherboard without disclosing that the motherboard had had a burning damage before. When I got it, it only can post to bios and stuck there, so I thought it could had been by the motherboard problem, so I contacted with seller, and he said he could had helped on RMA. I then created RMA ticket with Asus, and I had to pay my own shipping fee for the board shipped to ASus RMA department in Indiana. One of Asus rep, Monica, called me and told me that the motherboard had had a burning damage near the bottom of the motherboard, so they denied to RMA it. Since I was out of 45 period windows to file a dispute through paypal, I am out of luck to have the motherboard fixed or refund. I contacted with seller with a proposal that I will sell the motherboard as is on eBay for $50 and hoped he could refund a partial fund. Seller approved that, but he never actually did anything at all. Eventually, seller just refund $25, so I changed the negative feedback to positive feedback.
