    Bought a Ram/CPU/Mobo combo and a Netbook.

    Extremely fast shipping and VERY well packaged. However, the ram wasn't tested with the combo before it was sent out so when it got here, it wouldn't work. After much stress it was determined that the ram wasn't compatible so I had to purchase new ram to get it running. Not a big deal, but when one gets a combo one would think it was tested working beforehand and if it arrives non-working you would think it was possibly damaged in shipping. Either way though, he was extremely helpful through the process and it all worked out in the end.
