    The drive I purchased from Superjoe was acting abnormally when I received it. He told me to take a week to evaluate the drive and if the problems persisted he would set it right. After about a week, the problems continued, and Superjoe promptly issued a refund. He was understanding and professional throughout the entire process, and set things right true to his word. I wouldn't hesitate to do business again.
