    I offered him to send the card back to me for replacing all the screws, but he on his own made the decision of sending it to EVGA by paying those $14 where as it would have been much cheaper if he had sent it to me in the first place. But he clearly didn't care to even consider that.

    The product that I sold him was legit and worked perfectly fine. This guy plainly wanted a refund for something that worked fine and for that he gave me negative heat, which makes no sense.
