    I bought from kow_ciller: 3 x Gentle Typhoon AP-15 fans 1 x Swiftech MCP-655 Pump with Bitspower Mod Kit and Mod Top

    3 issues arose from the items I purchased.

    1.) The Bitspower Mod Kit did not come with the anti-silicone pad. Seller claimed he never had it to begin with, and did not know it was part of the kit. Seller neglected to mention in listing that the kit did NOT come with the pad. Pad is not sold on its own, but is an integral part of the mod-kit.

    I had to contact Bitspower myself and convince them nicely to send me the anti-vibration silicone pad.

    2.) One of the AP-15 fans did not function properly due to either bad bearings or improperly tightened C-clamp. The fan was DOA and did not function in the initial test.

    I had to disassemble the fan, oil it, and reassemble the fan. It now functions.

    3.) MCP655 pump received has faulty speed control knob, which snapped off upon the first pump testing after receiving the unit. I asked buyer patiently and nicely for receipt/invoice for purposes of RMA. Seller tried to get invoice from his buddy, the source of the pump. When his buddy did not respond after a month's time (this is now May, original transaction was in April), seller offered $30 refund.

    After a few reminders (seller was busy) the refund has been sent and the issue put at rest. I shall attempt to fix the pump myself, since the pump cannot be warrantied without an invoice.
