  I asked Chuck if he would mind sending first since he had very few heatware evals..He agreed to ship fist without a problem..He let me know when he shipped and when to expect the package. I got it just when he said..It was package well and the item was exactly as described..I'd definately deal with him again and would recommend him to anyone.
