    Completed the deal over multiple weeks in anticipation of new iPhone coming out. Was extremely patient and understanding. Paid quick once phone was available. Ran into a snag with Verizon's policy on ported numbers which required him to wait a bit longer, but accepted a partial refund as understanding. To sum up: prompt, courteous, respectful, easy to deal with.
