    Product was packed well and shipped promptly. There was a problem with the video card BSODing after NVIDIA driver installation (even the NVIDIA driver by Microsoft which was included in Windows 8). Had to RMA the card, and since it was a just-out-of-the-box issue, seller agreed to pay for RMA shipping fee. It was a smooth transaction overall.
