  Communication was great. He was always prompt, and very courteous. He even offered to hold onto the product I was interested in for a couple of days, before I send in the payment (although I did offer a partial payment immediately, which I suppose might have proved that I was seriously interested in the product), which is something not many people will do, and shows how courteous he was. Would do business with him again, with no hesitation. Thanks Michael!
