    He didn't ship the item right away, instead he told me that he was backing out of the deal after I paid. He refunded me which I later found out bounced. So I was never sent a card, and he spent the money anyways. I would have let backing out slide but obviously keeping my money is just unacceptable.

    EDIT: I want to amend this because Plagasx made everything right. I do believe everything was an honest mistake and would certainly do business with him again.

    I refunded the money. It was an honest mistake on my end. I didn't realize the funds were taken from my bank account instead of my paypal balance (where the money for the 770 was) and I didn't have the sufficient funds in my bank to cover it so I had to cancel the transaction.

    I am very sorry to the buyer and I hope he understands that I was not trying to steal his money. I never even spent it.
