    What a real pro, gentleman and class act! This was our 2nd deal together and I had a series of work, car, family and weather issues on my end that prevented shipment by several weeks. All throughout, Cardio was superbly patient and never lost his temper and was totally understanding, as he evidently believed me that this kind of delay is not par for the course given my Heatware history! Again, he made a rough stretch work out alright and I'd gladly deal with him again! A++
