  I sold him a product which at the time was a yet-to-be-released "perk" in a crowdfunding campaign. This was a complicated transaction because we had to persuade the campaign proprietor to transfer my ownership to another buyer and to arrange for international shipping.

  It is fortunate that okwchin, rather than someone else, was involved in this transaction. I wouldn't have been able to prepare for the range of possible outcomes like he did. He checked everything with me before communicating to the other party, which took a lot of work. And he was obviously aware of how inconvenient the matter was to the campaign manager and took great care to be both polite and persuasive.
