    I bought a used QX2710 monitor from Dave that had a small nick on the screen.

    Dave was very forthcoming about the minor nick on the screen, including taking detailed pictures and offering return shipping on the monitor. He was great to communicate with and left me comfortable with the transaction. Prompt shipment was also a plus, I would definitely work with again!
