    Mike has been a super patient guy for several weeks. He had issues with the SSD, but we weren't sure if it was controller-related, SSD-related, or what (shall I say user-related? just kidding!)

    He's obviously a bright guy and has some serious technical skill. After a lot of diagnosis, he figured out the problem and it wasn't the SSD, but I gotta give it to him for the patience!! I really hope we do a trade again in the future. This guy rocks!! A+
