  He was easy to communicate with and paid promptly. After using it for a bit, he decided he was looking for something different. I offered a refund, and he shipped the monitor back the next day. I was planning to refund the whole payment back, but he offered to cover the shipping costs both ways and a little bit on top of that. In the end, I wish the monitor had met his needs but the transaction was very pleasant overall. I would gladly deal with him again.
