  Fantastically packaged! I don't think anyone could have done a better job on packaging. H80 arrived safe and sound.
  The unit did have a little pump "whine" which is common with this model. I notified him and he was prompt to offer me a full refund! I decided to keep the cooler after all. It works very well. Definitely would do business with again.
