    Seagate 2 tb hard drive

    Waited a week or so for drive to arrive, about the time I started to get impatient, a pm stating that the drive had been returned by shipping company due to water damage to packaging. Seller re-shipped and offered a partial refund. Drive is now in my hands and was packaged sufficiently. Communication was good throughout the process. Thanks!
