  I almost sold him my Eheim 1250 pump.

  We had arranged for the sale of my pump and he sent out his M.O. promptly. However, he later discovered that the 1250 was not the pump he needed and asked the cancel the deal. The nice thing was -- he offered to let me keep a small fee for my time and trouble. Because I had turned down other offers I took him up on his deal. I cashed his MO and sent him back a check for the amount minus the small fee. The best non-trade I ever had. Good guy.
