  Great communication. We stayed in touch the entire duration of the transaction. Very easy to work with. Shipping quickly and packaged the server well. Also, very patient with me when I went to a Post Office that didn't take credit cards which caused a delay in shipping. (I mean who doesn't take credit cards this day and age, but I digress).
