    I bought and paid for a CPU cooler from phillyboy. He shipped the item promptly, sent me the tracking number, and USPS lost the package. He worked with me to file a claim and refunded me when the package could not be located. Even though I did not receive the item, working with phillyboy has been a good experience and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Highly recommended!
