  I sold a Noctua NH-L9i CPU cooler.

  Unfortunately USPS dropped the ball big time and delivered the package to the wrong address. Throughout the whole issue the buyer was cordial and patient while I filed a return, and we came to a very fair agreement on loss terms for the product. I would definitely trade with again in the future.
