  I bought a MSI R9 270 OC video card.

  Good deal, fast communication, and it went smoothly. He shipped it with signed delivery confirmation without telling me (I would have supplied my work address so I could sign for it), so that was a bit of an annoyance. But alas, it was packed well and everything was in very good condition. Overall, I'm happy and wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again. :)
