    Communication with the seller was fine, and items were shipped out and arrived quickly.

    I was pretty appalled at the condition they arrived in however. Both items were jammed into a small cardboard box with some sparse newspaper padding, and the HDD wasn't even in a static bag. The H100 was missing some of the mounting hardware - the pair of fans were attached by only 3 out of 8 total screws, and the others were nowhere to be found in the box.

    The fans and the radiator were also filthy dirty, the paper towels I used to clean them came away black and I used an entire can of air trying to blow out the radiator. The radiator had quite a few nasty dents and bent fins as well, I was worried it was going to leak all over the place.

    Fortunately I had some spare mounting hardware to fill in the gaps, and it turns out that everything appears to be working alright so far.

    I'm not leaving a negative review because the parts are still functional, but I'm certainly not leaving a positive review with the abysmal condition they arrived in and the missing hardware that I had to replace with my own.

    Anything missing was disclosed. No static bag on HDD because packing material was paper and compact. Filth? Alright.
