    Helped out with international shipping from the USA to the UK of two graphics cards bought from another HeatWare user. Did this as a favour to me and only asked to be reimbursed for shipping charges incurred.

    Fast, courteous service, with excellent communication. Ensured that the cards arrived in perfect condition by packing them in a sturdy and well padded box. Also shopped around to ensure that I paid the cheapest shipping charge possible.
