  Sold HD6450 GPU to EXman, agreed to cross ship based on past Heat.

  Charlie98 was the Buyer on March 4, 2015 AnandTech

  Buyer never sent payment and all contact avenues have failed. He PM'd that he received and installed the GPU and was happy with it, then claimed he sent payment. Now buyer has disappeared off forum (has not signed on in 1 month) and still no payment.
  
  EDIT: FEB'16 Buyer contacted me and sent payment. Seems he had some personal issues that he had to devote his time to, but in the end he made sure I was paid.
