    At first I was a bit hesitant about dealing with this guy due to the 2 recent negative feedback ratings he received. However, in my messages to him, he came across as a really sincere and helpful person. I decided to take a chance and was glad I did. I have had things shipped quicker to me, but that is due to the seller's prerogative. 3 to 4 day shipping versus 2 day shipping is not bad, I'm just spoiled by other sellers :D

    Anyway, UPS unfortunately decided to use the package as a football or kickball and the H90 ended up being damaged in the process. I contacted zod96 and he was nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. He replied to messages very quickly. He refunded the full amount I paid without hesitation and told me to not even bother about shipping back a potentially defective water cooler. He even let me keep the really nice Akasa 140mm fan that came with it as well. WOW!

    The other two people who gave him negative feedback don't know how to work out issues with other people I guess. If you look at the feedback for one of the two, you will see a pattern of bs and problems in their transactions/reviews.

    Don't hesitate to do business with zod96! He will do everything in his power to make sure you are satisfied and that everything goes smoothly and according to plan!

    This is my first "negative outcome" transaction through my interactions on the computer forums but I can without a doubt say it has been one of my most positive experiences due to the level of support and customer service I received from zod96. I highly recommend this seller and would not hesitate to do business with him again!
