    Received empty box instead of video cards, has not given a refund and has put forward minimal effort in getting a refund done.

    Cards were sent and insured. Buyer signed and took delivery. I can not control what happens when they get to you, maybe you should have a more secure delivery site. Also, those cards weigh around 4-5 lbs each. Why would you accept the pkg. if it was "empty" (weightless)? Also being that you started the UPS claim I was not able to get any further without the info. you gave to them so a refund was impossible. I believe that you got the cards, claimed/cried "scam" and tarnished my name. So I hope you are enjoying the cards as well as the refund you got from PayPal which put my account into the negative and made it impossible to refund another sale that didn't go through. I hope you are happy....
