    FreeChemicals shipped immediately but unfortunately the shipping took almost a month. After 3 weeks I requested a refund thinking that they had been lost. He immediately refunded me without complaint.

    When they finally did arrive (thanks Royal Mail!) I let him know and was able to pay for the goods.
