  Excellent communication especially when I thought the GPU was defective and seller was still responsive while I was trying to figure out if it was really the GPU or not. It turned out that my old PSU was too weak and once it was replaced GPU worked as desired. Besides that, good packaging, fast shipping, and I would definitely do business with again.
