Sold him a Incomplete Laptop for some fans and cash (pretty much sold as-is) did not know of this "password"

Sold to him as barely POSTing laptop, laptop arrived as none posting, buyer took to fix it, buyer notifys of password of it, laptop is not mine, i am selling it for a friend, friend bought it from a pawn shop as none working hoping to fix its booting problem as well, he has never been able to fix it, password not set by friend, i tried to send him recipts of sale, he brings to toshiba and will not unlock laptop without a fee, buyer goes on ebay finds and unlocking device, buyer wants me to pay half, it is not mine, i ask my friend who wanted me to sell laptop, he is too cheap, will not pay half, he says "sold as barely POSTing" will not go beyond ram detection. i really didn't deserve a negative because its my friends fault that he is so cheap...
