    Robert is a great person to sell too as well as a great person to deal with in general. Robert utilized his home phone in an effort to facilitate a faster sale and prompt payment. Dealing with Robert was not like dealing with a normal buyer. After a short time Robert became like a friend.

    Although Robert lives in a desolate part of NC it was never hard to get hold of him. Robert exemplifies a great buyer... He pays fasts and ensures he gets his questions answered making himself and the seller comfortable with one another.

    Would repeat any day of the week!!! Hell, I might even give things away just to deal with him -- the transaction went that smooth!!!
