    I paid late in the week and he told me he shipped the following Tuesday following the holiday. I didn't receive a tracking number (UPS always gives a tracking number, per their rep) but was told the package should arrive that week. Long story short, it never did and UPS had no record of pending deliveries when I called a few days ago. I did receive a full refund though on 9-27-15 without having to escalate my paypal dispute. Not sure exactly what went on, I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt with 22-0 heatware but it just seemed fishy.

    I've been contacted by another member of Hardforum who's friend is going through the same thing I did with this guy. STAY AWAY
