  Got ES Xeon E5-2650L to test before purchase

  Starbomba was the Seller on September 29, 2015 HardForum

  CPU arrived. Was advertides as having some capacitors missing, however i took the gamble. Spent a whole day testing, but to no avail as it was not working even after testing on two motherboards. Seller was very communicative and easy to deal with. Would definitely deal with him again.
