    Purchased a BNIB Nighthawk R7000 router

    Seller was remarkably helpful with regard to software/firmware, shipped quickly, packed well, and all items were as described.

    Communication was absolutely fantastic. He sent tracking numbers along with links to the latest firmware, and genuinely wanted to make sure that I had no problems.

    I would go out of my way to deal with this person again, and will make it a point to look for cybrnook when I need routers in the future.
