  velocd is the nicest person in the world. After agreeing to a more than generous price for the purchase initially, market conditions changed. Entirely of their own initiative, velocd reached out and offered me a rebate which brought the price down to their -- again, extremely generous -- estimate of the new market value. This was after I'd already paid for it, after it had already shipped, and without the slightest bit of hinting or prodding on my part.
